报告摘要：In this talk, a quantitative frequency-domain condition related to the exponential stabilizabilityfor infinite-dimensional linear control systems is presented. We will show that this condition is necessary and sufficient for the stabilizabilityof special systems, while it is a necessary condition for the stabilizabilityin general. Applications are provided.
